Christmas Raffle Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer

  • This raffle (“Contest”) is organized by Bali Ready (“Organizer”).

2. Eligibility

  • The Contest is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees, affiliates, or immediate family members of the Organizer are not eligible to enter.
  • Participants must have access to the internet and a valid email address.

3. How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must complete and submit the official Google Form entry provided by the Organizer.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

4. Contest Period

  • Entries will be accepted from 29 November 2025 to 26 November 2025, 11:59 PM WITA (Central Indonesia Time, Bali).
  • Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

5. Prize

Three (3) winners will each receive:

  • Lifetime access to the Bali Travel Toolkit.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

6. Winner Selection

  • Three winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries within 14 days after the Contest period closes.
  • The random selection will be conducted by the Organizer.

7. Winner Notification

  • Winners will be contacted via the email address provided in the Google Form within 14 days after the selection.
  • Winners must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize.
  • If a winner does not respond in time or is found ineligible, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Publicity

  • By entering, participants agree that the Organizer may use their first name, last initial, and country/city for announcing winners or promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Data Privacy

  • Personal information collected through the Google Form will be used solely for the administration of this Contest and distribution of prizes.
  • The Organizer will not sell or share personal data with third parties, except where required to deliver the prize or comply with legal obligations.

10. Disqualification

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:

  • Contains false information.
  • Is incomplete, duplicated, or submitted using automated methods.
  • Violates the spirit or rules of the Contest.

11. Liability

By participating, entrants agree that the Organizer is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues with the Google Form or internet connectivity.
  • Late, or misdirected entries.
  • Any injuries, whether physical, emotional, or otherwise, resulting from participation in the Contest or use of the prize.

The Organizer’s responsibility for the prize is limited solely to providing access as described.

12. Organizer Rights

The Organizer reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time.
  • Amend these Terms & Conditions, with updated terms posted publicly.

13. Acceptance of Terms

  • By submitting the Google Form entry, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
