But this new Ubud restaurant isn’t a steakhouse – here you’ll find creative dishes from all corners of the culinary hemisphere, from grilled scallops topped with chilli butter, dried mint yoghurt and sumac, to wood-fired aged snapper and eight-hour slow roasted lamb neck.
